Let it Rain

Looking through Ian’s terrace, I enjoy the smell of rain, earth and the jungle. Such a beautiful nature. Green grass and the leaves from tropical plants mix with the brown earth which showered by plenty of raindrops fallin from somewhere out there… such a perfect place, beautiful house.

Today I went for interview with SCDA architect. Great architects, great reputation, but seems I don’t belong there. Working in the small space and well-dressed, people in this place just look cool. Handsome guys and pretty gils. The workplace is just too rigid. not what i expected. not an artist studio. And thier last statement was, I have no strong experience in building-architecture. A very positive input to build my qualification in this area, though I am not interested for ‘project architect’ position. Just love art and design, though I have clear no idea who they are…

JGP architects, at last gave me offer to join their team. Sounds promising, but I am afraid my EP with Andy Fisher is closed to approval. Nancy told me that, she saw on the web, it’s approved! Yes, I hope it’s true! Let it Rain!

The "BLINK" that I’ve read though very impressive, actually is not applied yet in my brain system in making a fast and accurate decision. It just takes time! I love these challenge. The more I walk through, the more I am sure, It’s gonna be raining. Let it Rain!

Though I love Chopin, Isamu Noguchi, Andy Wahrol, and all the manifestos of ART that Ian has shown, but this time I cant stay for it. I have to move, again, to reality– the ordinary office with ordinary works and routines but with His ordinary inspirations. I believe I’m gonna make it. Yes, just let it rain!

You’ll just love Rain when you live in such a HOT place like Singapore.

(what you see in the image is basin with jungle at the back. Physically It has nothing to do with the rain, but philosophically It has!)
